Creekside Paradise is a non-smoking, no-pets vacation cabin. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the cabin but are permitted outdoors. Please dispose of smoking materials responsibly.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and must remain at the property throughout the reservation. Age and identity verification may be requested.

📋 Important Booking Information & House Rules

Please review the following information before booking to ensure Creekside Paradise is the right fit for your stay.

Reservations & Guest Requirements

• Primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

• The owner/host reserves the right to request age and identity verification.

• The primary guest making the reservation must be present throughout the stay. Third-party reservations are not accepted.

• The rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking.

• A refundable $200 security hold is required. The hold is placed on the guest's credit card three days before check-in and released three days after checkout, provided there are no damages or missing items. Details are provided after booking.

Property Rules & Care

• Smoking & Vaping: Permitted outdoors only. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Please properly dispose of all smoking materials.

• No pets permitted, subject to applicable service-animal requirements.

• No parties or fireworks.

• Do not sit, stand, or lie on the hot tub cover. A $500 replacement fee applies if the cover is damaged.

• Air conditioning must remain at 68°F or higher to help prevent system freezing.

• The cabin operates on a septic system. Please dispose of grease and food waste in the trash. Do not flush wipes, feminine hygiene products, or other inappropriate items.

• Wildlife, including bears, may be present. Please observe from a safe distance and never feed wildlife.

• Routine pest control is maintained; however, occasional insects and other wildlife may be encountered due to the cabin's natural creekside setting.

Hot Tub Safety & Use

The hot tub is provided for guests' enjoyment. Use is at your own risk.

• Children under age 5 are not permitted in the hot tub.

• All minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• Guests who are pregnant or have heart conditions, blood pressure concerns, diabetes, circulatory problems, or other medical conditions that may be affected by hot water should consult their healthcare provider before use.

• Do not use the hot tub while under the influence of alcohol or drugs that cause drowsiness.

• Water temperature must not exceed 104°F.

• Limit soaking sessions to 15 minutes and exit immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, or unwell.

• Do not sit, stand, or lie on the hot tub cover. A $500 replacement fee applies if damaged.

• Replace and secure the cover after each use.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
