- Do Not Sit, Stand, or Lie on Hot Tub Cover (you will be charged a replacement fee of $500 if damaged)
- **Renter agreement must be signed within 48 hrs of booking
- **Owner/Host reserves the right to request verification of identity.
- **A refundable $200 security deposit is required and collected separately before check-in. This will be collected via credit card hold 3 days prior to check-in. The credit card hold will be released 3 days after checkout, provided there is no damage or missing items. Details and payment instructions will be shared after booking.
- A/C must stay at 68°F or higher to prevent system freeze
- Cabin is on a septic system – please dispose of grease/food in trash. Please do not flush makeup/baby wipes and/or feminine products down the toilet.
- You may see local wildlife (including bears!) — please do not feed them
- Routine pest control is maintained; however, our cabin is located on a running and flowing creek. You may, at times, encounter some uninvited critters but this is just nature.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
